In recent times the Hampshire Bowman has become almost as renowned for its food as for its beer; a sturdy & wholesome Bar Menu of all the old favourites is complimented by a full range of seasonal specials, pies, speciality sausages and devilish desert courses.
But the staff work really hard during the opening hours of the kitchen and do not appreciate orders being placed for desserts at 21:55, as this condemns them to clearing up the kitchen to high hygiene standards well into the night.
